Will Martel provide up to date education?
We work hard here at Martel to make sure we are providing up to date information and collaborating with the right teams to provide high performance education. We hope to put educational material out fresh every two weeks, however we won’t release education we ourselves are not happy with.
What is the best way to join Martel Performance?
The best and most cost effective way to join Martel Performance is as a team. Our team membership also means that all your team have access to the same athletic health advice that you will do.
Can I speak to a Martel expert?
Yes all of our team are available for a consultation depending on your needs. Fill out our contact form and one of the team will get back to you.
Is my portal confidential?
The information you provide will be held in strictest confidence. Martel Performance will not provide information about what you access to any parties including your club. This allows you to access athletic health advice in the strictest confidence.

No the portal is designed for you to be able to access what you need to in order to improve your athletic health and wellbeing.
Are there any member discounts?
Yes, if you are a member of Martel you will be able to soon book appointments with different specialists directly through the Martel website. In addition to this we will have chosen specialist products on the website which will be discounted to Martel members.

I am moving to a club that is not part of the membership
There are two ways of going about this. We can either sign you up as an individual member or you can link us with someone at the club (usually the Player Liaison Officer) who can sign the club up as a team.
What happens if I forget my password
You can simply use the password reset link, or alternatively if that is not working please contact us and we will work to resolve the situation from our end as soon as possible so you can go back to enjoying the benefits of being a Martel Performance member.
